Response time
We aim to reply within 1–2 working days. For payment or access problems, write as soon as you notice the issue so we can check your account quickly.
Refunds
Practice starts with 15 free hearts every day, so there is no course fee to refund. If you were charged twice for an optional unlimited hearts plan, or unlimited hearts did not turn on after payment, email us with your payment details. See the Refund Policy for the full rules.
