Refund Policy

Daily practice is free. Every student gets 15 hearts each day. They refill at 12:00am India time for everyone. Those hearts are not a purchase, so there is nothing to refund on the daily allowance. Use them to try lessons before you choose anything optional.

What is free

• Creating an account
• 15 hearts every day
• Lessons and quizzes you can open with those hearts
• The midnight refill

A question answer uses one heart. Reading cards do not. When hearts run out, you can wait for the next refill. Diamonds earned in the app can also fill hearts. Spending diamonds is not a cash payment and is not refunded.

Optional unlimited hearts

An unlimited hearts plan, when it is offered, is a separate paid subscription. The free 15 hearts each day stay available whether or not you subscribe. Read the plan name and price on the payment screen before you pay.

A period that was charged once and then activated is not refunded. You already have the free daily hearts without that plan, and the paid period is the unlimited access you chose.

When we do refund

• You were charged twice for the same unlimited hearts plan.
• The payment succeeded and unlimited hearts never turned on.
